To effectively manage and measure our environmental performance we use a comprehensive monitoring system to gather and report information on our activities. The results are reviewed as part of our daily operations to ensure we operate within our statutory limits.

We communicate the results of our environmental monitoring to the following stakeholders:
• Department of Environment and Conservation
• Department of Planning
• Planning and Natural Resources
• Department of Mineral Resources
• Muswellbrook Shire Council
• and Community Consultative Committees in accordance with our consent conditions.

The results are also published annually through our Annual Environmental Management Report (AEMR) and are distributed to Government Agencies, employees, Community Consultative Committees and are available to view at the local library and local Council.
